Terms of Service

I. CONDUCT
1. All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.
2. All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work
begins or payment is submitted.
3. Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.
4. Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or
canceled.II. PAYMENT
1. Commissions must be paid within 2 weeks of invoice sent.
2. Payment accepted in USD only.
3. Payment will be generally requested via Paypal or Kofi. While other payment methods may be discussed, it may lead to your commission being declined.
4. While short term payment plans may be discussed, all payment should be paid in full before work is begun.III. PROCESS
1. Once an understanding has been met about the finished product and payment is complete, the client will recieve a preview image of the baseline sketch. Further preview images may be provided upon request. Once the final product is finished it will be uploaded and a private file sent directly to the client.
2. Commissions are generally expected to take about 1 week to 2 months from full
payment to complete.
3. If there are any circumstances that delay commission completion, the client will be
informed.IV. REVISIONS
1. The subject of the commission cannot be changed after payment has been submitted. If one wishes to upgrade a piece, consider it a second commission and will be discussed after completion.
2. A maximum of 2 minor revisions are given after the sketch stage free of charge. Any revisions due to the mistake of the artist do not count towards these revisions.
3. Further revisions will result in fees proportional to the additional workload.
4. No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.V. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY
1. The artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at
any time.2. Commissions are to be cancelled up to the sketch approval stage. Any work past the final sketch will be unable to be refunded.
3. If the client ceases contact for over 1 month without prior notice, the commission will be considered
concluded and no refunds will be issued.
4. Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may
have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted and appropriate legal
action may be taken.VI. COPYRIGHT + USAGE
1. Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work, though a watermark free version may be requested by the client.
2. Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.
3. The artist reserves full rights to the work produced.
4. All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use
licenses can be provided for additional fees and negotiation.
5. Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of
making or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist.
6. Under no circumstances may my art be used in the training of AI or in the use of NFTs.By commissioning me, Fleurdelynx you agree to all terms

Feral or chibi characters generally use half body prices.
Props and Backgrounds can be included for an additional fee.
